Palliative Care

Our approach toward Palliative Care is to improve the quality of life for clients and their families, who are facing the worries of a life-threatening illness. Part of our role is to identify and assess each client, under our care and ensure that we provide caring and compassionate assistance, to support through what is, a worrying time. Our goal is to ensure that clients and their families are supported and that our carers provide care and support to make the journey a dignified one.
